I'd like to perform this exercise at the end of a training, because it works on every part of the core (sides & packs)

Personally, I'd do 10 reps (left, right, center count as 1 rep) for 2-3 sets. The 🔑 is you have to brace your core 24/7 = No momentum of legs swinging around to work on the muscles. Try to get your knees to touch the chest!
